Carla Neaves

Carla joined us as our first Financial Controller and has since taken on the additional role of HR Manager. Whilst this is Carla’s first role within Financial Services, she has many years’ experience in Finance and HR roles within the SME sector.

Carla has used her strength in developing systems and processes to restructure and evolve our Financial and Management Reporting, together with streamlining the overall efficiencies of the Finance Department. Her passion is people and she enjoys being involved in growing our bdh family, ensuring that strong customer focus values are a part of everyone we bring into the business.

In her spare time Carla enjoys Boxing, Body Combat and Yoga classes to balance out her love of prosecco when socialising at the weekend – there’s also a strong chance you’ll see her on the dancefloor when there’s music playing!
